What we have been doing to start things off is replace jackets any member is unhappy with. Whether it's a stain or it's too big or to small and you got it on impulse just to have it! We offer to provide you with the correct jacket in exchange for the one you won't wear. All we care about is you being able to wear your favorite jacket. Now as things get better and we gain control of the jackets any and all trades will be easier. You won't be paying top dollar for a new one you will simply be paying the small shipping fee to send it out. So think of it as sending gifts and automatically being reimbursed! Now please don't be shy this is just how we are doing it now any and all critiques are encourage with your guys help we can perfect this and never have an excuse to not have the color we want. But yeah let's discuss ways to improve and polish this technique!
